We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Placement

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Online Payment: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (via Razorpay)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹50,000

3.4 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not guarantee order acceptance. We will notify you if your order is cancelled or requires additional verification.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value:

• Orders above ₹1,000: Free shipping
• Orders below ₹1,000: ₹100 shipping charge

4.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Courier service delays
• Incorrect shipping address provided

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product is unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and tags are intact
• Product is not damaged due to misuse
• Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used fire extinguishers (for safety reasons)
• Customized or special order items
• Products damaged by improper use
• Clearance or sale items

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection and approval:

• Online Payments: Refund to original payment method
• COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (provide bank details)

6. Warranty

All fire extinguishers and safety equipment come with manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer:

• Fire Extinguishers: 1-5 years warranty (depending on type)
• Alarm Systems: 1-2 years warranty
• Accessories: 6-12 months warranty

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or use
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications
